                What would you give to learn from some of the top Jeet Kune Do Experts in the world, all during one weekend?  Finding any JKD Instructor is tough enough in most parts of the world, as there is a limited amount of them.  For most, finding any JKD Instructor is the first problem!  Next, finding those who are qualified is the second problem.  However, finding several qualified JKD Instructors in one spot is nearly impossible. 

                As a result, people search for loose video clips on Youtube, and find unqualified or inexperienced instructors that leave them dazed and confused as to the secrets this art has to share. 

                As a certified JKD Instructor for almost two decades, it has been a dream of mine to bring a variety of JKD instructors together in one place.  This is a place where politics are put aside, and the focus is on YOUR learning and growing. 

                Very rarely has there been one weekend, where you can learn from several JKD Instructors, and increase your knowledge and skills through different perspectives and experiences.  This weekend is called the “JKD Summit Seminars”. 

                There is no need to travel literally to different coasts, and a variety of cities to gain the knowledge that these experts have synthesized over dozens of years.  No need to do endless searches on the net for splices of video, random articles and partial curriculums. 

                During one weekend, you’ll have the chance to learn through five different JKD Experts, and come away a changed person.  How?  You will get to experience what few have ever gotten the chance to experience.  We all know that learning through one expert can give you revelations that are game changers in your life, training and development.  Many times these experiences catapult our training into the next stratosphere!  A seminar like this can literally add years onto your experience, and puts an item on your credentials which few others can duplicate.

SATURDAY, MARCH 31ST

INSTRUCTOR #1:  TIM TACKETT

Tim Tackett saw Bruce Lee perform at Ed Parker’s Long Beach Tournament in 1967, and it changed his life forever.  In the early 1970’s,  he became one of a handful of students in Guru Dan Inosanto’s famous backyard classes which included the likes of Bob Bremer, Dan Lee, Richard Bustillo, Jerry Poteet, and Pete Jacobs, and later Chris Kent, Ted Lucay Lucay, and Jeff Imada.  He received the rank of Senior Instructor from Guro Inosanto, and later created the well known Wednesday night classes which still run today.  Since then, Tim Tackett has created several JKD videos and books, which give incredible insight into JKD.  He has also been quoted by Guru Inosanto as “The most knowledgeable JKD Instructor”.

INSTRUCTOR #2:  DANIEL LONERO

With nearly 20 years of experience, Daniel Lonero has been trained and influenced by some of the world’s finest martial artists.  Several times throughout the year, he travels internationally to teach in various countries such as Spain, England, France, Belgium, Germany, Scotland and Luxembourg.  His ability to teach is coupled with a trained eye for details and real world experience. He holds fight records in the U.S. and in Europe, winning the 1999 U.S. Amateur Shoot Wrestling Championship and the French Cup for Mixed Martial Arts in 2003.  Daniel Lonero is one of the senior instructors teaching at the prestigious Inosanto Academy in Marina Del Rey, California.

Rick Tucci is known throughout the world as a teacher’s teacher, having insight and wisdom in the martial arts that is rarely seen. He has studied personally and privately with a virtual who’s who in the world of martial arts, including Dan Inosanto, Surachai Sirisute (Thai Boxing), Edgar Sulite (Eskrima), Pendekar Agung Paul de Thouars (Pentjak Silat), Marcos Santos (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu), and Salem Assli (Savate), among many others.  After teaching in Philadelphia for 9 years, in 1987 he opened the renowned Princeton Academy of Martial Arts, named by Black Belt Magazine as one of the “Finest Places” to train.

Dwight Woods, chief instructor of Miami’s Unified Martial Art Academy.  He is a 4th Rank Full Instructor in Jun Fan Gung Fu/Jeet Kune Do certified by Dan Inosanto. Dwight started his training in 1983 while still living in Barbados, West Indies, making him the first person from the West Indies to travel out to California in pursuit of Jeet Kune Do.  His long list of instructors he has trained with includes Dan Inosanto, Cass Magda, Francis Fong and Larry Hartsell.

                   You can attend the live in person seminar, which will be held in Chicago, from the evening of Friday, March 30th to Sunday, April 1st.  The seminar location is located about 30 minutes from the perfect US airport hub, O’Hare International Airport.  The seminar will be held at an undisclosed hotel, with limited special room rates for seminar attendees ($79 per night).

                This is your chance to see five different JKD Experts over the course of a weekend, all covering different topics, every area of fighting, self-defense and combat range.  There is no other place you can learn from the level of quality instructors stated above, which will be all in one place, over the course of one weekend.  As I said before, it will be life changing!

                In Person Seminar attendees will have 14 hours of in person instruction.  As an additional bonus they will also receive video of the 6 hours of instruction these JKD Masters will give EXCLUSIVELY through the LIVE online broadcast for no additional charge.  That is a total of 20 hours of instruction over the course of one single weekend!  It is like attending two classes a week for almost three months, from Masters in this art!
